Check in after 2:00pm and check out before 11 am at the Three Rivers Hotel reception. The rates include bed linen with duvets Heating and electricity, all fitted or portable household equipment, and use of the facilities at Three Rivers Hotel.

Cottages are cleaned and serviced only prior to a letting period of one week or less. Reservations are made on receipt of a non-returnable deposit of 10%. The non returnable balance to the full cost must be recieved at least one month prior to the first day of the stay. Guests are advised to take insurance against cancellation.

Daily stays are treated as Hotel geusts and subject to the same conditions.

In the unlikely event of the property owner having to cancel a confrimed resevation due to circumstances beyond thier control. All fees will be returned and without predjudice other dates offered at a 50% reduction.

One well behaved pet per cottage is welcome, accommodated on its own bed, rug, cage. Pet Charge £15 per stay.
