Three Rivers Holiday Cottages
Traditional Welsh farm accommodation minutes away from the Carmarthenshire seafront and Premier Leisure amenities.
The farmhouse and Welsh longhouse is set around the original farm yard. They have been renovated and converted to three stone built cottages. The stone work is exposed where regulations permit both inside and out. They are in an evelated position on the edge of a small hamlet on the old pilgrim route to St David's Cathedral. Broadlay is half a mile from Ferryside and the sea front of Carmarthen Bay.
A regular bus service passes and the Ferryside rail station is en route at one mile. An enclosed play area caters for children.
The Three Rivers Hotel & Spa, the full amenities of which are available to the cottage guest is situated a half mile away at Ferryside.
Ty Canol (sleeps 14)
This was the farm house and contains of six double ensuite bedrooms, a large integral kitchen and living room is supplemented by a sitting room and conservatory. The sitting room has a convertable double settee and is serviced by a shower room in the hallway.
Central heating is provided under the floor, A pario and BBQ is siuated off the conservatory. There is ample parking.

Pentre & Dufryn Cottages (sleeps 7 each)
These are the two converted halves of the original longhouse which were later used as barns and cowsheds. They each comprise of three double bedrooms one of which is in the loft and en suite. A shared bathroom is available for the two groundfloor double bedrooms.
An Inegral kitchen and living area is overlooked by a small sitting gallery. It is complimented by a wealth of original wood and stonework. Central heating is provided underfloor and aided with a wood burning stove. At the rear there is a patio and a BBQ.
Strand Cottage (sleeps 9)
Situated in Sandersfoot contains four bedrooms. Kitchen/Living area and sitting room.
Fees also include boat, moorings and fishing equipment
